TTM - TIME, TRAVEL,MATERIAL
Copier will be serviced only on periodic
intervals or when client calls Business
Support Services for copier needs at the
rate of $65.00 per hour per visit.
Additionally, a $10.00 travel charge will be
assessed per visit. Supplies, parts are in
addition to service charge.
Payment for service is due and payable at
completion of service call unless other
arrangements have been agreed to before
service has started.

Cost Per Copy.
On new accounts only a full machine
inspection is required, at a one time
charge of $50.00. The machine must be
brought up to satisfactory working order
prior to contract signing at the standard
rate of $65.00 per hour plus part and
travel. Service includes all service calls,
parts, toner and travel. Service does not
include drums,paper,P.M.
kits external panels and platen glass.
